In Her Own Words
I started out washing dishes at 14.
I've worked in the service industry for over 20 years. I started at 14, just barely old enough to wash dishes at our local supper club, and I worked my way up through a string of restaurants from there. What I loved most was the people, and that's really been the thread through everything I've done since.
A dear friend of mine, Vanessa, was the one who told me I should give real estate a shot. (Thank you, Vanessa.) I fell hard for it. I love people, and I love helping someone find the right house or the right investment. A place has to speak to you. I want you to find a home you have a vision for, whether that vision is fixing it up and selling it, getting away for the occasional weekend, or settling into the one that's going to be home for good.
These days I'm the Broker / Owner of Saphire Realty, and I'm licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. That second license matters more than it sounds. It means I can help you on either side of the St. Croix without handing you off to another agent partway through.
That same passion showed up in the years I spent as an Event Coordinator at a local ski resort, helping couples pull off the perfect wedding day. Where else but the Midwest can you take two things you love and have them line up like that? Helping a bride and groom celebrate, then helping them find the perfect house, that's pretty hard to beat.
A lot of my closest friends started out as clients. When I'm not working, you'll find me checking out local breweries, keeping up with my three kids, and getting outside whenever I can. I fish, golf, kayak, ski, and snowboard. Most of all, I love helping out around here. Let's find a way to make you part of our community too.

A lot of agents only work one state. I hold active licenses in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, so I can represent you, write up your contracts, and handle the deal myself no matter which side of the river you're buying or selling on. No referral fees, no waiting on someone else to call you back.

Buyers and sellers
Listing your place or looking for the next one, you get me from the first conversation to closing day. I price homes off real numbers, and I'll tell you straight what I think a house is worth, whichever side of the table you're on.
Houses, lake homes, and cabins
A lot of this valley is water. Lake and riverfront property comes with its own questions, like shoreline, septic, docks, and year-round access, and I'll walk you through every one of them.
Commercial, too
Buying a building for your business or selling one you've outgrown? I handle commercial deals the same way I handle homes: plain answers, steady communication, and no handoffs.
